1. Would ‘tighter’ gun control legislation result in less gun violence?

2. Has the War on Drugs been successful?

3. To what extent is public notification -with respect to sex offenders- effective as a crime control policy?

4. Choose a crime control policy that most interests you and provide a summary of its development and effectiveness.

Students must utilize a minimum of two scholarly sources to inform their paper.

Provide thoughts on how best to improve/address the problems/issues inherent in the topic, including providing an example of ‘best practices’ (if they exist
