Empowering Staff: Explain how you would empower the Family Solutions Center staff to take the lead in resolving parent concerns efficiently and effectively.
Task 2: Community Partnerships

Objective: To assess the candidate’s ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, collaborate with them effectively, and represent the district at public events.

Instructions:

Engaging with Community Partners: Develop a strategy for engaging with community partners, including non-profit organizations, foundations, corporations, elected officials, and individual leaders. This strategy should highlight how you would determine the best ways to collaborate to support students and families.
